About Me

Courtney has grown up in kitchens. As the daughter of a prominent Long Island Chef, she took to restaurants early. Her focus was always the Front of the House, but after becoming a mother to two beautiful children, she discovered a love for creating the sweeter things in life. Cake pops turned into dessert tables and dessert tables turned into custom cakes. Courtney, a Co-Owner of Plated Simply Catering, has always had a passion for food and events. Sweet Fancy is her first venture in the dessert world. She is excited to share her passion for sweet treats & party design with you.
